100 Healings - The world is full of healers, and they need healing too! In 2006, I gave 100 free healing sessions to healers. In 2007, I gave free healing sessions to 50 more healers. For 2008, I am offering one free healing session to 100 more healing practitioners living in or near Sedona.

Kryon Channelling - During my first trip to a metaphysical book store in Boulder, CO in 1993, a mysterious book leapt off a shelf into my hands. The title was both intriguing and scary, “The End Times: New Information for Personal Peace”. I didn’t know why I was holding it, but I felt strongly that I needed to buy it! This channelled book from Kryon introduced me to the ‘New Age’. I still read channelled information from Kryon, a love-filled and empowering angelic being.
Psychic Horizons Center - After years of reading every metaphysical book I could find, I stumbled upon Psychic Horizons Center in Boulder, Colorado, “a safe haven for sensitive souls to develop their own psychic abilities so that they may find the truth and the answers they seek this lifetime”. From 1997-2003, I completed clairvoyant training, graduate studies, teachers training, and served on the board of directors for Psychic Horizons Center.
Aesclepion - From 2003-2006, I studied Trance Mediumship with John Fulton, founder of the Aesclepion Healing Center in San Rafael, CA. This training helped my safely bring through the healing energies and guides I currently use during my healing sessions. Aesclepion offers psychic readings, meditation classes, clairvoyant training, workshops and retreats, as well as CDs and tapes.
Mastering Alchemy - I met Jim Self in 2002 at his Ascension Workshop in Hawaii. I met Jim Self in 2002 at his Ascension Workshop in Hawaii. From 2005-2007, I studied with Jim in his 'Next Steps', 'Mastering Alchemy' and the 'Into The Center' programs.
Jim’s teaching helped me take my personal spirituality to a whole new level. His guided meditations motivated me to bring through the Sacred Heart Healing modality that I practice today.

Michael Tamura - Michael J Tamura is an extraordinary spiritual teacher, healer and clairvoyant. He has helped transform the lives of thousands of men, women and children through his spiritual work over the past thirty-one years. I first experienced Michael’s amazing teaching, readings, and healings during my time at Psychic Horizons Center. In 2006, I joined over 200 other healers who have completed Michael’s Healer’s Apprenticeship Foundation Series. I continue to study with Michael to bring new levels of healing into my life and my personal practice.
Sedona Creative Life Center - Since moving to Sedona, AZ, I have led monthly guided meditations for self awareness and healing at the Sedona Creative Life Center, “a diverse spiritual community that comes together for the purpose of spiritual advancement, and for the celebration of everything that is positive, both on a personal level and on a global level.”
ManKind Project of Arizona - The ManKind Project is a global network of men seeking and leading lives of mission, purpose, and integrity. I have been blessed to spend time training and staffing their New Warrior Adventure weekends since 2006.
The Resonance Project - In January 2008, I travelled to Kona, HI to study with research scientist and mystic Nassim Haramein. This 9 day "Galactic Federation Emissary" training intensive gave me deep insights into Nassim's profound work in physics, sacred geometry, ancient cultures, and more.
